Assistant
The assistant sits in the top right of your dashboard. Ask it how something works or tell it what you need, and it gets the work ready. Nothing changes until you tap Do it.
Opening it
Tap Assistant in the top right, or press Ctrl+K (⌘+K on a Mac). It opens next to the page you're on and knows what you're looking at. In a conversation, ask it for a summary. On a paused campaign, ask why it stopped.
Start a new conversation and it suggests a few next steps that fit your account, like connecting your number or approving knowledge suggestions.
What it can do
Looking things up happens straight away. Anything that changes something waits for your go-ahead.
- Explain how something works and link you to the page where you do it
- Check on your account: open conversations, contacts per label, or how a campaign did
- Write a template from scratch or from the library, and submit it to Meta
- Set up a campaign, then schedule or send it
- Build an automation from your description or the library, and switch it on
- Set up the AI agent, add to your business knowledge, and approve knowledge suggestions
- Set your opening hours, invite a teammate, or send a test message
- Pass something on to our team when it doesn't know the answer
Nothing happens without Do it
Every change shows up as a card first: the template as your customer will see it, the flow, or the recipients with the estimated Meta cost. You choose Do it, Adjust, or No, and nothing happens until you tap Do it.
When something goes out to customers, like a campaign, a flow that starts running, or the AI agent replying on its own, it asks you to confirm once more and shows how many people it reaches. A suggestion you leave alone expires after a day.
Step by step
For bigger jobs, like connecting WhatsApp, your first campaign, or setting up the AI agent, it walks you through the steps one question at a time. If a step happens somewhere else, at Meta for example, it waits until that's done and then carries on.
Talk instead of typing
Tap the microphone in the input and say what you need, for up to 60 seconds. The text lands in the input so you can check it before sending. We don't keep the recording.
What it remembers
Tell it something about your business and it remembers, so you don't have to repeat yourself. Its menu has What I know about you, where you can see what it has kept, and an admin can make it forget. Your past conversations with it are there too.
Cost The assistant comes with every plan, with no per-question fees. If you use it very heavily in one day, it pauses until the next. Everything else keeps working without it.
