Every plan comes with the inbox, campaigns, automations, the library, the AI agent, and the assistant. What changes is how many people, contacts, and numbers fit, and whether you can use integrations.

If you don't, you can still view and export everything you have.
What counts
Contacts are the people in your contact list. A customer who messages you is always added, even when you've hit your limit. Users are the members of your organization, and numbers are the WhatsApp numbers you connect.
AI in every plan
The AI agent and the assistant come with every plan, with no per-conversation fees. The monthly allowance grows with your plan. When the AI agent's allowance runs out, it only drafts replies until the new month starts.
Usage and switching plans
Settings, under Billing, shows what your plan allows and how much of it you're using. That's also where you switch plans, and everything you already have stays put. For Scale, book a call with us.
Message costs: these are separate from your plan. Meta bills them per message, directly to you, and we add nothing on top.
