Library
You don't have to start from a blank page. Templates and automations each have a library of examples by industry, in Dutch and English.
Template library
Open Templates and choose Browse the library. Filter by industry and by type of message: a reminder, a confirmation, a payment reminder, a follow-up, or a review request. You also pick the language the template is in.
Use template opens the form with the text filled in. Check the wording, add your own address to any link button, and submit it. Meta reviews it like any other template.
Automation library
In Automations, Browse the library holds flows for appointments, reservations, availability and order questions, faults and service, viewings and test drives, and handing a customer to your team. Each one shows what your customer receives.
Use adds the flow to your account, switched off so you can review it and make changes in the builder. Then switch it on, ideally in test mode for 1 number first.
Through the assistant
You can also ask the assistant to find an example that fits. It shows it to you first and only sets it up when you tap Do it.
Worth knowing: a library template is a starting point, not a guarantee. Meta still approves or rejects it and decides the category, just as with a template you write yourself.
