Campsites and holiday parks

In the May holidays the queue builds up and the phone keeps ringing

One guest wants to know when the pitch is free, the next whether pitch 47 has 10 amps. Those questions land on one number, and the arrival details you explain again every Saturday go out beforehand.

Today
Morning! We're arriving Saturday with the caravan. What time can we get onto pitch 47?
09:12
Automated
The pitch is free from 14:00. You pick up the barrier pass at reception, which is open until 18:00.
09:12
Does it have 10 amps? We've got an air conditioner in the awning.
09:20
Pitch 47 has 10 amps. An air conditioner will trip the breaker, but a fan is fine.

How it works today

What reception is buried under on arrival day

  • The same questions about arrival times, the barrier pass and the pool, every single Saturday.
  • Messages arrive through the booking system, through email, on Facebook, and on the manager's personal number.
  • The manager is out on the park with the cart, so the evening ends with a note listing who to call back.
  • A change to the pool hours goes on a sheet of paper at reception, which most guests never walk past.

From the booking to next summer

Booking

The moment the booking is confirmed, out goes the message with the pitch number, the arrival time and the route across the park.

Before arrival

The day before, you send reception's opening hours, so nobody turns up at 19:00 to a closed barrier.

On the park

A question about the laundry, the bakery or the activity program comes in while the manager is out on the grounds.

Activities

Guests ask for a spot on the canoe trip or a bike for the day in the same conversation, and you confirm.

After the stay

The morning after the last night, the review request goes out with the link to your Google page in it.

What campsites do with it

A busy arrival day

Saturday arrivals

The arrival details go out in advance, which makes the queue at reception a good deal shorter.

Codes and opening hours

The barrier code and the opening hours are right there in the conversation, no phone call needed.

Weather and cancellations

If the outdoor cinema is off, the guests staying this week know within minutes.

Filling an activity

A half-empty canoe trip tomorrow gets filled with one message to the guests already on site.

Reporting a fault

A leaking tap or a broken barrier gets reported with a photo in the conversation.

Regular guests

In spring, last year's guests are the first to see which weeks are still free.

This list isn't the limit. If something happens on the park that guests need to know about, we'll build that message.

Integrations

What your booking system passes on

Your booking system sends a confirmed booking, a cancellation or a changed arrival date to Zapier or an inbound webhook. That starts the flow, with the name, date and pitch filled in. You can only message a guest first once they've given permission, so ask at booking. If your park management system can't do either, tell us and we'll build the connection.

Price

What it costs

Automations come with every plan, integrations start at Growth. Meta charges separately for each message you send, with no markup from us.

Frequently asked questions

About WhatsApp for your park

Yes. That number moves to Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform, with your park's name and profile picture on it. Guests message the same number they always did.

The WhatsApp Business app on the reception phone keeps working, and a one-time import brings over up to 180 days of chat history.
