Your instructor is out on a lesson, and the 9:15pm question still gets answered

Someone scans the QR code on your lesson car and asks what 10 lessons cost. They get an answer straight away, and your scheduler sees a trial lesson request with their town and available days already filled in.

How it works today

Where the schedule seizes up

  • The instructor is out in the car all day, so a message about a lesson sits there until the evening.
  • Someone asking about prices at 9pm hears back the next morning, and has often signed up elsewhere by then.
  • Cancellations land on three personal numbers, and the free slot stays empty.
  • The exam message with the test center and the documents gets retyped from scratch every time.
The learner journey

From first question to passing

First question

Someone scans the QR code on the lesson car or replies to an ad. Questions about packages, manual or automatic get answered from the information you've added.

Trial lesson

The flow asks for their town and which days work, then the scheduler books the trial lesson and confirms in the same chat.

Lessons

A reminder goes out the day before each lesson, with the time and pick-up point.

Rescheduling

Sick or running late: the learner sends a message, the instructor sees it between lessons, and the slot goes back into the schedule.

Exam

Before the theory or practical test, one message goes out with the test center, the time and what to bring.

What driving schools do with it

A typical week

A slot opens up

When a learner cancels, 1 message goes to learners who wanted an earlier slot.

Lesson reminder

Date, time and where the car will be, sent automatically the day before.

Exam reminder

The test center, the time and the documents to bring in one message, filled in per exam.

A question after hours

A question about prices or automatic lessons gets answered in the evening, even when nobody's watching.

One number, every instructor

Each conversation is assigned to the instructor who teaches that learner, so no more personal number per car.

A review after passing

A learner who has just passed gets asked for a review, while it still means something to them.

That's what driving schools use it for today. Need something else for your learners? We'll build it.

Integrations

What your lesson planner passes on

We don't integrate directly with lesson-planning systems. When your lesson planner sends a booked lesson or an exam date to Zapier or a webhook, the flow picks it up and sends the matching reminder. You can only message a learner first once they've given permission. If your planner can't do this, tell us and we'll build the connection to the system you schedule lessons in.

Price

What it costs

Automations come with every plan, integrations start at Growth. Meta charges separately for each message you send, with no markup from us.

Frequently asked questions

About WhatsApp for your driving school

The learner sends a message saying the lesson is off, and it lands in the school's inbox with a label on it, assigned to their instructor.

We don't move the lesson ourselves: we don't hold your schedule, so nothing is rebooked automatically. The instructor or scheduler confirms the new time in the same chat.
